KempsRiver Shopping Center is conveniently located at the corners of Kempsville and Indian River Road near I-64.

From I-64, take the Indian River East exit, the shopping center will be on your left.
From Princess Anne Road, follow Ferrel Parkway toward Indian River, the shopping center will be on your right after the intersection of Kempsville and Indian River.
From 264, take the Witchduck south exit. Follow Witchduck until it turns into Kempsville Road, the shopping center will be on your right before the intersection with Indian River Road.
